Sage espresso machines have been designed in co-operation with the world famous British chef Heston Blumenthal, owner of the three Michelin star restaurant "the Fat Duck". Blumenthal is known for his imaginative, scientific and creative approach to cooking as well as his appreciation for quality. He has brought all this into his co-operation with the award-winning home appliance manufacturer Sage. Together they have created an efficient and innovative range of kitchen appliances. In addition to manual programming they have defined the most used functions and automated them.
