Use a micro fiber cloth to wipe your espresso machine clean after use. A barista uses three different cloths for cleaning the espresso machine. The first one is used to wipe the surface of the machine, the second is used for parts that are in contact with coffee, and the third one is used for wiping the milk remains from the steam wand.
