Hermesetas Baking sugar substitute is a tabletop sweetener based on erythritol and steviol glycosides with isomaltulose. It looks and tastes like sugar but contains 70 % fewer calories than regular sugar. Hermesetas Baking is an excellent sugar substitute for baking, cooking, and sweetening beverages.

Dosing: 1:1, just like you would use regular sugar.
