Swiss Diamond XD Induction Classic+ koekenpan

De koekenpan uit de XD Induction Classic+ serie van Swiss Diamond warmt snel en efficiënt op. De koekenpan is gemaakt van een dik gegoten aluminium lichaam, afgewerkt met de uiterst duurzame, met diamant versterkte XD-coating.

Vier afmetingen:

• 20 cm: bodemdikte 14,5 cm, hoogte 4 cm
• 24 cm: bodemdikte 18,5 cm, hoogte 4 cm
• 26 cm: bodemdikte 20,5 cm, hoogte 4 cm
• 28 cm: bodemdikte 22,5 cm, hoogte 4 cm

The XD coating from Swiss Diamond provides a significantly tougher cooking surface with even better food release properties than the HD Classic coating. The XD coating is produced using not only a new nonstick diamond-reinforced coating formulation but also an advanced production process.

The coating material is engineered and manufactured exclusively at Swiss Diamond's facility, and it contains 20% more real diamond crystals than the HD coating. A diamond reinforced nonstick surface, containing real diamonds in a high quality composite, provides years of trouble-free cooking and easy clean-up. An extra thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly flat base will not tip/spin or warp, and provides uniform heat distribution. The XD Classic+ Induction series have infused magnetic steel on the exterior of the body, so that the cookware is compatible with induction stoves.

The XD series cookware is made in Switzerland. The XD Classic+ Induction series is designed to work on induction stoves, but the cookware also works on all other types of stoves, including electric and gas stoves. The products are oven safe up to 260°C.
