Soda al matcha - Dissetante puro e frizzante
Questa bevanda è il sogno dei minimalisti: senza zucchero, vegana e ricca di antiossidanti. L'acqua frizzante esalta alla perfezione il gusto raffinato del matcha.
Ingredienti:
- 1 cucchiaino di matcha in polvere di alta qualità (ad es. grado cerimoniale)
- 0,5 dl di acqua (circa 80 °C)
- 2 dl di acqua frizzante o minerale fredda
- Abbondante ghiaccio
Preparazione:
- Prepara lo shot di matcha: setaccia la polvere di matcha in una ciotola per evitare grumi. Aggiungi l'acqua a 80 °C e sbatti energicamente (preferibilmente con una frusta di bambù, ovvero un chasen) finché in superficie non si forma una bella schiuma verde.
- Raffredda il bicchiere: riempi un bicchiere alto con quante più cubetti di ghiaccio possibile.
- Base di soda: versa l'acqua frizzante fredda nel bicchiere, lasciando però un po' di spazio in alto.
- Rifinisci: versa lentamente lo shot di matcha sopra l'acqua frizzante. Se lo versi con attenzione su un cubetto di ghiaccio, otterrai un bellissimo effetto a strati prima di mescolare.
