Matcha Tonic – La bevanda trendy più fresca dell’estate
Il Matcha Tonic è il dissetante perfetto nelle calde giornate estive. Combina il gusto terroso del matcha, la frizzantezza dell’acqua tonica e la raffinata dolcezza dello sciroppo. E la cosa migliore è che puoi personalizzare la bevanda proprio come vuoi cambiando lo sciroppo aromatizzato – prova per esempio fiori di sambuco, fiori di ciliegio o rabarbaro!
Ricetta: Matcha Tonic & Rose

Prepara uno shot di matcha (sbatti la polvere di matcha con una piccola quantità di acqua calda).

Aggiungi 1–2 cl di sciroppo Monin Rose e mescola bene con lo shot di matcha.

Riempi il bicchiere di ghiaccio e versa il composto di matcha e sciroppo nel bicchiere.

Allunga la bevanda con 1–1,5 dl di acqua tonica, secondo i tuoi gusti.

Mescola delicatamente e goditi una bevanda estiva rinfrescante!
