Caffi Black Bourbon is een volle, intense koffiemelange met een donkere branding, geïnspireerd op de espressocultuur van Noord-Italië. De zachte, gebalanceerde smaak combineert chocoladeachtige en kruidige tonen met een vleugje rokerigheid.

De melange bestaat uit drie 100% Arabica-koffies uit Brazilië, Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea en Colombia. De koffie uit Brazilië, die op natuurlijke wijze is verwerkt, geeft de melange zachtheid en body, terwijl de koffie uit Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea kruidige en rokerige tonen toevoegt. De Colombiaanse koffie brengt de melange in balans met een aangename zuurgraad.

Black Bourbon is bijzonder geschikt voor espressoliefhebbers, maar smaakt ook uitstekend als filterkoffie met een donkere branding en in volautomatische koffiemachines.

Order not handled carefully

I ordered Black Bourbon coffee beans (6x250g) and received all ground coffee, which was okay, but the issue was that the powder contained impurities, many white and yellow, and it did not smell like the dark roast Black Bourbon I am used to. I'm sorry, but next time I'll order my coffee BEANS from Caffi Direct Roaster Company.

Good balanced beans

I tried this product by both machine brewing and French press. Both worked really well.
All in good balance. If you like strong characteristic beans, this may not be. But perfect for peaceful cozy coffee break every day. I can understand why this is one of the top seller beans at Crema store :)

Quality Coffee

Smoky, spicy and almost no acidity which is a plus for my taste. Long aftertaste.

This is coffee as well. Spoonably dark and tasty with a generous crema.. thick aftertaste. You won't find something like this in the supermarket offerings.

Unexpected addition included

A small stone came with the beans, which clogged my coffee grinder. I removed the stone, and the grinder does not appear to have suffered any damage. The beans went in the trash, so I cannot comment on the taste of the coffee.
