Caffi Brasilia Yellow Bourbon – een zachte, chocoladeachtige specialtykoffie uit Brazilië

Caffi Yellow Bourbon is een gebalanceerde, volle specialtykoffie van Fazenda Pantano in de Braziliaanse regio Cerrado Mineiro. Het zachte smaakprofiel combineert tonen van geroosterde noten, chocolade en toffee. De afdronk is aangenaam chocoladeachtig, met een ronde mondsensatie.

De koffie wordt verbouwd door Wagner Ferrero, een gerenommeerde Braziliaanse producent van specialtykoffie. De koffiebessen van de Yellow Bourbon-oogst van 2026 worden geplukt wanneer ze goed rijp zijn en vervolgens gewassen verwerkt. Daarna worden de bonen in de zon gedroogd op verhoogde droogtafels. Deze methode brengt het zuivere, zoete smaakprofiel van de koffie naar voren.

Caffi Yellow Bourbon is medium gebrand en heeft een iets donkerder profiel. Een uitstekende keuze voor filterkoffie, espresso en volautomatische koffiemachines.

Worth the price. Really enjoyed this. I only make a single cup so about 210ml water to a single heaped scoop yielded a great cup of black coffee.

Very nice Brazilian bean with a characteristically chocolatey rich and soft coffee flavor. Not too bitter or too sour. Excellent roast for the bean. The beans we received were very fresh, roasted within the last 3-4 weeks.
