Mokaflor Chiaroscura Ethiopia Sidamo viert de geboorteplaats van Arabica-koffie. Afkomstig uit de historische Kaffa-regio in Ethiopië, waar koffie nog steeds in het wild groeit, biedt het een rond-bodied koffie met een delicate smaak en fruitig aroma.

Proefnotities:

Als espresso gezet op 94 °C (25 ml in 26 seconden) onthult hij een hazelnootkleurige crema met donkere nuances, eindigend met hints van kardemom, tabak, nootmuskaat en gekonfijt citrusfruit.

Deze lichte, ronde koffie komt ook uitstekend tot zijn recht met alternatieve zetmethoden zoals de Aeropress.

Mokaflor Coffee Roastery

Mokaflor has always been a family business, today in its third generation. Since 1950 their coffees have been roasted in Via delle Torri in Florence, Italy.

Mokaflor is amongst the founding members of International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Italia. IWCA Italy was created with the aim of supporting and promoting female empowerment throughout the coffee chain and to enhance and encourage the consumption of sustainably grown coffee.
