The packaging is bad.
The flavor and taste, and all that is great. The packaging is bad. You should have the top open entirely at the top. Not just a little on the side. It's hard to get the coffee scoop inside to get the contents. Its great that it has a closing grip, but Please allow it to open fully. I am less likely to pick this brand because of that.
