A great machine
This was my first grinder ever, and I am extremely pleased with it! It produces consistent grinds, it’s well-built and it’s easy to disassemble and clean. Before purchasing, I had been reading lots of reviews online comparing this model to Baratza Encore (a more budget-friendly version), and many said that the timer and display were unnecessary features. After using this grinder every day (sometimes twice per day) for about a year, I can only say that a timer has been extremely convenient especially when I am in a hurry. I usually grind a similar amount of beans, so adjusting the timer is no big deal. I have never used the pulse feature just because I didn’t need to.
A small tip (thanks, Internet!) if you get static electricity after grinding (meaning your grinded coffee starts flying around the countertop) - wet a spoon, shake off excess water and swirl it in your bean chamber with beans, and it will fix everything!
Basic level premium
An excellent coffee grinder for upgrading from lower-end grinders - you can see where the money went, but the price isn't bad compared to even more expensive ones. The old Wilfa CGS-2 started to annoy me as it got clogged when small bean residues could block the spaces around the cone blade's plastic shield, interrupting the grind. Additionally, the timer knob was difficult to adjust and keep set.
The Virtuoso+ is fast, provides an even grind, and the sound is quite pleasant compared to the Wilfa. The timer with digital display is functional and the LED light in the grinding chamber is a useful addition. The appearance is sturdy, although somewhat dated, reminiscent of the 90s with the font of the name. If I had to give criticism, the design of the ground coffee container prioritizes form over function, and usability isn't quite perfect (the Wilfa was better in this regard), but you get used to it.
Mainly used for drip coffee, occasionally for Aeropress and espresso, but there's a separate espresso grinder. Overall, a high-quality product from which I expect a long lifespan!
Good Grinder!

Good machine - using it regularly for about 6 months and everything is fine. Recommended. Good service from shop.
BrendanAn impressive grinder
Got this as a replacement for my old Delonghi KG89. The difference is night and day (as can be expected).
I mainly use this grinder for Chemex and French Press preparation and it seems very well-suited for that. I was definitely able to taste differences between 1-2 grind step changes, which means I was able to tune the grind just right.
Haven't tested it with a proper espresso basket just yet, but based on testing so far it won't have any issues grinding for espresso. Just don't expect to be able to fine tune it like you would be able to with a dedicated espresso grinder.
Ergonomics wise it's good - easy to assemble, minimal static and chaff, relatively quiet. It's a bit on the heavy side, so not exactly easy to switch out beans, but definitely doable.
If you're looking for a pourover grinder (that can make espresso sometimes) this would be a good bet.
Everything has worked perfectly
The entire online process has been OK
Mr
Does what it claims . Consistant sized grinds to cover all coffee styles.
BrianGreat drip coffee!
Very good grinder that provides an even and good grinding of the beans. It is also quiet and the container for ground coffee is illuminated as an extra bonus. Recommended!
MatsThe machine is not the standard I had expected
The machine came out of the factory with slight damages and could not be set up due to lack of finishing. There should be better quality control at the manufacturing place.
The container on top could not be rotated as foreseen as there was a metal part sticking out.
Good upgrade
I used to have the Bodum burr grinder, but after it gave up I was looking for a replacement. This product got good reviews and so far I am very happy with the performance. It feels very solid and qualitative.
