Sweet and spicy, perfect for cold evenings. According to the instructions, it's made with hot milk. I microwaved half a mug of milk and added the rest with hot water.

A decent product, but I think it has a price premium that it might not deserve. A certain foreign chain store in Finland has had a chai drink much cheaper with almost the same taste. So a few euros cheaper and maybe it would end up in my basket again.

The spices are spot on, but something in this mix makes it taste like soap. At first, I thought my cup wasn't rinsed properly, but no. It's the mix. Really unfortunate.
