The taste did not rock
The oddest mince pies... and I grew up with them. The small was overwhelming when you open the jar and not in a nice way. It reminds me of sweet bubble gum and not mincemeat. The coffee thus was meh. Glad when I used the jar up as bulk coffee. Alas less likely to try other flavours from this range in case I am similarly disappointed.

Unfortunately you had a disappointing experience with the Beanies Mince Pie coffee though. If you expected the coffee to taste like minced meat the disappointment would be guaranteed, since the coffee flavour stems from a sweet fruit pie made from dried and preserved fruit bits and spices. The name of this coffee is understandably easy to confuse with "minced meat". Beanies describe this coffee as following: "A warming bundle of fruit and spice all wrapped up in a sweet, crumbly pastry parcel". We wish you better coffee moments in the future and hope that this detour with the Mince Pie coffee didn't put you off coffee completely. Kind regards, Crema
