Bucaramanga in Colombia is a region on the northeastern slopes of the Andes. In the cool climate, the beans ripen slowly, which gives the coffee a character that stands out from the crowd and takes an obvious place around the coffee table. Pairs perfectly with a cardamom bun. The Bucamaranga beans are supplemented with beans from Brazil and Indonesia, which gives the coffee a full character and strong body. Goes hand in hand with milk but also stands firmly on its own two feet. The acidity in the aftertaste is important for the overall impression and one of the reasons why this coffee is perfect with an avec.
