Bialetti Adapter Plate enabling aluminum moka pots to work on induction hobs. The 13 cm diameter makes it suitable for coffee makers up to 6 cups. Made from high-gauge steel.
The Induction Plate can be washed in a dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended in order to maintain the life of the product. Not suitable for microwave use.
Please note that you must not leave the adapter plate on the heated cooktop without a pot or pan standing on top of it because it is possible that an intense heat develops, which would damage your adapter as well as your cooktop.

Works with both three-cup and one-cup moka pots. It would be nice to know if it's okay to place a pot with a larger diameter on it as well. I found the product by guessing that adapters exist. It could potentially be a more popular product.

We moved to another apartment and now we have an induction stove here. One day I was trying to brew coffee with my moka pot, but nothing happened 😅
Well, an aluminum pot doesn't work on it... So, I started googling and found an adapter - I hadn't heard of such things before. The product was reasonably priced at Crema and it felt trustworthy to buy from a company specialized in coffee brewing. And I wasn't disappointed - I was able to brew coffee again once the adapter arrived. Good device!
Handy
With this plate adapter, I can brew good coffee on my induction stove. I just happened to leave the adapter on the closed burner to cool down before I read in the instructions that it should be hung after use. It got quite stained on the surface, but it probably still works. Nowadays, it conveniently hangs on the rack under the sink.

Very good although rather expensive, induction stoves are becoming common, so this is necessary and can of course be used as an adapter with other pots as well, not just coffee pots.

Really good product overall, but you need to be very careful that there is no dirt on the 'base' as otherwise it leaves marks on the stove when used. The coffee brewed as quickly as usual, and I'm happy I didn't have to buy a new Moka pot!
