Bialetti Mini Express 2 Cup Moka Pot + 2 Cups, Red

Bialetti Mini Express adds a fun serving method to traditional moka pot coffee: the coffee brews directly into the two included cups. Hot coffee flows through two spouts straight into the cups, which warm up on the pot’s base at the same time. This compact 2-cup moka pot is perfect for sharing a coffee moment with someone.

Mini Express is made of aluminium and is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic stovetops. It is not suitable for induction stovetops without an adapter. Hand wash the moka pot.

Instructions:

1. Fill the lower chamber with water up to just below the safety valve.
2. Fill the filter funnel with ground coffee. Do not tamp the coffee down.
3. Screw the upper part of the pot on tightly.
4. Place the cups on the base directly under the coffee spouts.
5. Heat over medium heat until the coffee has flowed into the cups.
6. Remove the pot from the stovetop as soon as the coffee stops flowing.

On a gas stovetop, use moderate heat and do not let the flame extend beyond the edges of the pot’s base.
