The Eureka Oro Mignon Stark W espresso coffee grinder combines café-level grinding performance with advanced Grind-by-Weight technology, delivering exceptional precision, speed, and consistency for demanding home baristas.
Equipped with large 65 mm Diamond Inside flat burrs, a powerful motor, and an integrated weighing system, the Stark W ensures accurate dosing directly into the portafilter with minimal waste and maximum repeatability.
Grind-by-Weight Precision
The integrated weighing system measures coffee during grinding, allowing the grinder to stop automatically once the target dose has been reached. This technology provides dose consistency of up to ±0.2 g, helping to reduce coffee waste and improve shot-to-shot repeatability. The system is factory-calibrated and designed to work with virtually any portafilter without additional setup.
65 mm Diamond Inside Flat Burrs
At the heart of the Stark W are Eureka's patented 65 mm Diamond Inside flat burrs. The proprietary treatment enhances burr durability and maintains grinding performance for significantly longer compared to conventional hardened steel burrs. The large burr diameter also enables faster grinding and excellent particle uniformity.
Silent Technology
Eureka's proprietary Silent Technology reduces grinding noise and vibration, making the Stark W noticeably quieter than traditional espresso grinders. This makes it particularly suitable for home environments where low noise levels are appreciated.
Fast, Consistent Espresso Grinding
The direct-drive 320 W motor operates at 1650 rpm, providing high grinding speed while maintaining consistency. Espresso productivity is approximately 2–3.5 g/s, making the grinder suitable for both everyday home use and demanding espresso workflows.
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment
Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System allows precise grind-size adjustments without fixed steps. Combined with the oversized King Size Grind Dial, users can make small, repeatable changes when dialling in espresso, even when switching between different coffees.
