Adjustable Dynamometric Tamper for Consistent Espresso Preparation
Eureka Regolo is a 58 mm dynamometric espresso tamper designed to provide even and repeatable tamping. The tamping force can be adjusted between 8 and 16 kg, allowing you to select the pressure according to your coffee, recipe and preference. A numbered scale makes the setting easy to adjust.

When the selected tamping force is reached, the tamper gives a clear click. This helps you apply consistent pressure from one espresso preparation to the next.
Designed for Even tamping
The outer border rests on the portafilter during tamping, helping keep the tamper level and perpendicular to the coffee bed. This promotes an evenly compressed coffee puck and helps reduce the risk of channeling.
