A surprising feature that makes the steel measuring spoon "better" than the plastic V60 spoon is that the handle can be threaded around the finger so the handle can be hung from the finger between measurements. Compared to more traditional measuring spoons, I find the shorter handle nicer and more convenient to use, but that's likely a matter of taste. It can also be easily packed inside a coffee pot on a trip (in addition to the burner and other items that fit inside the pot).

Yes, the spoon made of copper is worth its weight, the only downside is the length of the handle, I'm used to a slightly longer one.
