Haupt Lakrits Ultra Violet is salty liquorice coated in Belgian white chocolate, combining violet and salmiak flavours. Dried, sugared violet flowers and fennel seeds add floral and spicy notes.
Ingredients
65% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), syrup, wheat flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), ammonium chloride (salmiak), salt, star anise, glazing agent (carnauba wax), violet flavouring, 3% dried violet flowers, 2% candied violet flowers, fennel seeds, humectant (E422 glycerol [rapeseed]), colourings (turmeric, carrot, beetroot, spirulina extract).
Cocoa content: at least 27%. Allergens: milk, soy, wheat.
