T.H.Basic good bean, poor packaging
I ordered several bags of Helsinki Coffee Roastery at the same time and at least in this one and another one, the "minigrip-closure" was sealed on only one side of the bag. Especially the 1 kg bag is difficult to close tightly because the closure fixed on one side and the valve positioned lower down make folding and sealing harder.
The beans themselves were as expected, especially right after opening.

Good coffee. I noticed that the beans vary quite a bit in color. Some are lighter and some are darker. I don't know if it affects anything, but that's what I observed.

I bought this for espresso. It works as an espresso, but it's too light for a latte. Even Crema's own Brazil coffee is darker than this. However, the taste is excellent, nutty and chocolatey as promised. But definitely not strong or intense.
Great coffee black or with a little milk, but only three stars because it didn't meet my expectations as an espresso.
I'll still buy it again, just need to choose something else for espresso.

The old roast was better
In the summer, the roast was lighter and much better in my opinion. There was nice intensity and acidity. This new one is darker and duller (read: also more balanced). Apparently, the seasonal and the craftsmen's choices are still with a lighter roast.

I've tried many, but always come back to this one. Buli is just a really good bean for milk coffee!

A slightly milder, sweeter espresso. Perfect for brewing with a Moka pot, and works well both with and without milk.

The best dark bean for cappuccino. Wonderful chocolatey taste.
Really good
One of the best milk coffee coffees, definitely in the top 5. The thick, smooth, velvety taste suggests it might be on the darker roast side, but it's not. Magical! The name remains a mystery, as I'd describe this more as chill or delightful rather than 'buli.'
