Excellent taste and smooth coffee!

100% Arabica with 9 different bean varieties. I don't usually buy 100% Arabica blends, but I bought this and compared it, for example, to Crema's own espresso Arabica coffee, and I would say Illy is better, although not as fresh as Crema's product. It has a strong and clear flavor, and if I compare it to, for example, Paulig's French Roast coffee beans or other similar so-called French roast coffees, these don't really work as espresso coffees as they are generally comparatively burnt and coarse in taste; they are much better suited for press or filter use. Unlike Crema's 100% Arabica coffee or other espressos that have robusta beans, the crema formation in this one during extraction is lesser. Finally, this is about 20-30% as of Illy Classico.
P.O.It works!
I think this Illy dark roast is better than the original, and it doesn't require an extra strong dosage to be strong enough, so it works as a strong coffee. Tried several brands and qualities. Definitely going with this in the future.
