Millab M01 Coffee Grinder

The Millab M01 is a premium manual coffee grinder developed in collaboration with Timemore. Featuring 44 mm Pineapple Burrs, precise grind adjustment and carefully engineered components, it delivers consistent grinding for a wide range of brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over and French press.

44 mm Pineapple Burrs

The Millab M01 features 44 mm stainless steel conical Pineapple Burrs with a unique geometry that extends the grinding path of the coffee beans. This design helps reduce uneven crushing and produces a more uniform grind distribution. According to the manufacturer, the burrs deliver grinding performance comparable to much larger 64 mm flat burrs.

Ultra-Precise Grind Adjustment

Inspired by the focusing mechanism of a camera lens, the external adjustment ring allows quick and precise changes to the grind size. With adjustments of just 12.5 microns per click, the grinder offers excellent control for different coffee beans and brewing methods. Grind settings can be easily changed and restored without opening the grinder.

Exceptional Precision and Stability

The Millab M01 is engineered with extremely tight burr alignment tolerances of just 0.0725 mm. Specially designed P7 precision bearings minimise shaft movement to as little as 3 microns, helping maintain accurate burr alignment and consistent grinding results.

The durable aluminium alloy body and ergonomic handle provide stability and comfortable operation. The Millab M01 has also been recognised with a Good Design Award for its carefully considered design.
