This organic Mokaflor Bio Organic coffee blend masterfully combines the exceptional harmony of American washed Arabicas with the rich body of Brazilian coffees and the signature velvety crema characteristic of select Indian Robusta beans.
Taste
Tested as an espresso at 92°C, with 25 ml extracted in 26 seconds and a 60-hour degassing period, this coffee delivers a bold, spicy, and well-balanced flavour profile. It boasts an exceptional body, complemented by notes of biscuit, vanilla, and a hint of light cocoa.
Mokaflor Coffee Roastery
Mokaflor has always been a family business, today in its third generation. Since 1950 their coffees have been roasted in Via delle Torri in Florence, Italy.
Mokaflor is amongst the founding members of International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Italia. IWCA Italy was created with the aim of supporting and promoting female empowerment throughout the coffee chain and to enhance and encourage the consumption of sustainably grown coffee.

An okay espresso comes from this. Somehow a nondescript taste. It doesn't stand out in a good or bad way. I don't think I'll buy it again. Plus points for being eco-friendly.
