Elder Flower Fresca
30 ml Monin Elder Flower Syrup
30 ml lemon juice
top soda water
10 mint leaves
Combine ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir. Serve in a wine glass.

I always make my own lemon, lime, and plain sugar syrups, but I ordered a couple of ready-made flavored syrups for the Christmas party bar. The flavors are natural and very strong. I didn't need my own pour spouts because Monin syrup bottles have a really ingenious spiral spout that dispenses even more evenly. In fact, I might remove the spouts for future use when the syrups run out.
