Grenadine is a popular ingredient in drinks for it's colour and flavour. MONIN Grenadine adds a taste of red berries and a hint of vanilla into drinks, cocktails, and even to desserts and marinades.
Ingredients
Sugar, water, concentrated fruit juice, acid: citric acid, natural aroma, colour: E163, natural vanilla with other natural aromas. Fruit juice total 10 % of which 8 % blackcurrant juice, 1 % raspberry juice and 1 % elderberry juice.

Tastes the same as what I'm used to in drinks, meaning it has nothing to do with pomegranate.

I bought the product mainly to test it. I have tested grenadine before, but not Monin. The taste is slightly artificial to my taste, and it reminds me of drinks you get on a ferry. However, I think the syrup goes perfectly with plain sparkling water and the drink tastes like soda. The product is good for its price, but in the future, I want to try a flavored syrup from another brand.
