A capsule packed in individual plastic packages felt unbelievable at this time, when reducing plastic is desired. The taste did not meet expectations at all.
J.K.The delivery company Postnord has not delivered the shipment
I have been waiting for the package for over a week and started wondering what was wrong when the tracking information said that the package is at the Vantaa distribution center. I decided to call Postnord; the first attempt I waited almost half an hour on the phone; no one answered. The next day, they finally answered. I asked what the issue was since the delivery was stuck at the distribution center. They said that the shipping information was incomplete, which I highly doubt. They promised that the distribution center would contact me, but they didn't, so I had to check the shipment status myself. Absolutely unbelievable activity. The shipment was ordered on 3.11, the package arrived at Postnord on 7.11, has been in their warehouse for over a week, and the estimated delivery is due on 21.11. We'll see if it arrives, hopefully. I recommend changing the delivery company; it is really unreliable. If I hadn't called about the delivery, I'm sure I wouldn't have received the package.
