Italian Pera Dolce Aroma espresso coffee is a blend of the best Arabica (40 %) and Robusta (60 %) with a sweet flavor and rich aroma. Aromatic cup, with fine acidity, fruitiness, spiciness and intense aroma of cocoa. The aftertaste brings cocoa and dark chocolate flavours.
The range of ground coffee by Pera is based on a well-honed art of blending and roasting. The types of blend and roast allow you to make coffee at home as creamy and delicious as that bought at the bar.

Great basic coffee
Very good everyday coffee for the moka pot. Just enough kick for moka espresso and of course works in milk-based coffee too. Good coffee if you don't need any frills and prefer a chocolatey/nutty flavor over fruity notes.

I have tested all versions of Pera. I've liked all of them. This was my basic espresso for a long time until I switched to Pera Intenso. This one also holds up well when mixed with milk.

Really lovely coffee
At the summer cottage in the moka pot, this made the best coffee of the summer. We've tried many kinds, from awful to Passalacqua. Grinding for guests without electricity on an island in Saimaa is not a good use of time, so this pre-ground worked perfectly!!!!
