The easy-to-read dial on the Rhinowares milk thermometer allows for quick and accurate measure of textured milk and other beverages. The thermometer is 13 cm long. Temperature is shown within the range of -18 to 104 degrees Celsius, and it has a marked range for recommended milk temperature. The thermometer is also equipped with a stainless steel clip with adjustable height, allowing the thermometer to sit perfectly in a milk pitcher.

Good thermometer
You can adjust the depth of the thermometer in the cup, meaning you can adjust the position of the thermometer in the holder! This wasn't clear despite numerous inquiries until I got to try it myself. The thermometer works well and fits into the milk cup better than I dared to expect.
PenaToo slow to be useful
I’ve found this too slow to read the temperature to be useful. I’ll steam 10 oz of milk for a latte and my instant read thermometer will show 20 degrees F hotter. I pull the milk off, then about 4-5 seconds later it displays the real temp. Useless.

I used this as a training tool a few times to find the right feel. Once you've learned the feel, you won't need this anymore. Great tool for practice.
CongiA simple thermometer
A simple thermometer, but initially, had some length issues with an old pot. A new small milk heating pot and it's okay. Takes a bit of getting used to when at first the temperatures didn't seem to rise, and then suddenly jumped in a few seconds. I assume these are beginner's issues.
