Good product, good customer service
The diameter of the mesh ball is 5-5.5cm, which was not indicated on the website. That is a bit annoying.
However, there is nothing wrong with the infuser itself. For our use, the infuser is suitable. We make several cups of tea at a time using a coffee maker or a pot. Points for dishwasher safety, fast delivery to Northern Finland, and good customer service over the phone. Tea leaves do not leak between the halves of the infuser. The tong mechanism is quite strong.
