disappointing teapot

There are two things that are not good about this teapot. 1 it drips when you pour tea into the cup 2 the lid falls off if you don't hold onto it.

Spout splashes

The teapot has a nice shape and beautiful color, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE SPOUT; IT FIRST DRIPS WATER AND THEN WHEN YOU STEEPEN THE POURING ANGLE, IT SPLASHES AROUND. Trying to endure it, can't be bothered to return it....

Nice color, but not very practical

Color and appearance match the picture well. Very nice.
However, the included tea strainer is not particularly deep, so the pot must be filled properly. It tends to drip from the spout when pouring from the pot.

Nice gadget

Good pot, you can brew a day's worth of tea at once. If you place it on a warming plate, you can reheat it if desired. The only downside is the strainer, as the pull part came off within a week. Nice color and it makes life easier.

Tea without plastic

Almost all tea strainers use plastic. That doesn't work for me, so I opted for this ceramic teapot with a metal strainer, no plastic. The strainer fits the teapot perfectly and you can close the lid during steeping. Once the tea is steeped, you can lift the strainer out with a small handle without burning your fingers. The color selection makes you wonder how many teapots a person can need. I chose green, but I would also like white and red.

Looks nice in the picture, but the ordered teapot has not arrived and it has been two weeks. A disappointment.

Good pot, fast delivery

When my old pot broke, I was in a hurry to get a new one. I found a beautiful, cheerful-colored, larger pot here. The delivery was really fast and the pot arrived intact. I recommend it!

I was otherwise satisfied with the order, but the handle on the strainer broke. It might be worth making the handle on the strainer sturdier so it doesn't break.

Lovely pot. It was just like in the picture. The lid could use a small notch to make pouring easier. A beautiful item to display. The strainer is fine enough.

The strainer could be denser and the spout of the pot is slightly too narrow, which means it starts pouring down the side of the pot easily. At home, I have a pot with a widened spout, so it doesn't 'dribble' like this one does, and unlike this one, even smaller tea leaf particles stay inside the strainer. So it's not perfect, but considering the price, it's an okay pot and serves well for loose tea at the workplace.

Not satisfied at all. Broken.

The teapot came broken. I need it as a gift for a dear friend of mine, I'm not satisfied at all, I'm sorry.
Moreover the teapot was poorly packed.
I'd like to be refunded, please.

Nice teapot

The teapot appeared more yellow in the picture, but I am very pleased with my pleasantly orange pot.

Works as it should

If you like to drink several cups of tea at once, or brew for your guests, this is a perfect purchase.
You need to fill the pot with enough water so that it reaches the tea, but I don't see this as a problem because you're making a potful anyway.

Blue teapot

The product suits us almost perfectly. Two remarks: 1/ the spout does not catch the drops at the end of pouring the tea - 2/ the lid is not equipped with a stop to prevent it from tipping over when pouring into cups. Otherwise, the item is beautiful. Regards
