Siemasu Coffee Apple Gala is a balanced, pleasantly fruity specialty coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Its flavour combines the smooth sweetness of chocolate with the crisp acidity of red apple. Warm, festive spices come through in the aftertaste, adding lovely depth to the coffee.

The coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Huehuetenango region, whose lots come together to create a diverse Arabica blend. The washed-process beans offer a clean, balanced flavor profile in which sweetness and fruity freshness complement each other. The coffee is roasted by the small-batch roastery Siemasu Coffee in Tampere.
