Siemasu Coffee Berry Blast – a berry-forward and sweet specialty coffee from El Salvador
Siemasu Coffee Berry Blast is a richly berry-forward specialty coffee from the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador. This Pacamara coffee features notes of sweet strawberries, blueberries and florals. Honeyed sweetness balances the strawberry acidity, while delicious blackberry notes linger on the finish.
The coffee comes from Finca Los Azacuanes, owned by Carlos Mendez Florez, where the coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1,400 metres. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, the beans develop their rich, fruity flavour profile. The coffee is roasted by Siemasu Coffee, a small-batch roastery based in Tampere.
