Siemasu Coffee Jasmine Candymix is a fruity and vibrant specialty coffee from Colombia, made from Pink Bourbon coffee beans. The coffee has a clean and juicy flavour profile, where peach sweetness meets bright blueberry acidity and a floral aftertaste of sweet jasmine.

Process

The ripe coffee cherries are selectively picked and depulped on the same day. The coffee then undergoes controlled fermentation in contact with oxygen, after which the remaining fruit pulp is washed away. Finally, the coffee is slowly dried under controlled conditions. The Oxidation Washed process contributes to a clean flavour profile and highlights the coffee’s fruity and sweet notes.
