Siemasu Peaceful Persimmon – fruity Gesha specialty coffee from El Salvador

Siemasu Coffee Peaceful Persimmon is a bright, fruity specialty coffee from the Chalatenango region of El Salvador. Made from the highly regarded Gesha coffee variety, it combines the sweetness of ripe persimmon with notes of pear and strawberry. Its lemon verbena-like acidity adds freshness, while the finish delights with sweet raspberry biscuit notes.

The coffee is grown at Manuel Guevara’s Finca Maria Luisa farm, at an altitude of 1,564 metres. Processed using the natural method, it offers a nuanced tasting experience highlighted by fruity sweetness and bright acidity. The coffee is roasted by Siemasu, a small-batch roastery based in Tampere.
