Siemasu Coffee Plum Pearls, Costa Rica 250 g Coffee Beans

Siemasu Coffee Plum Pearls is a sweet and fruity specialty coffee from Costa Rica, made from Mariana coffee beans. The coffee has a balanced flavour profile, where nougat sweetness meets raspberry-like acidity and an aftertaste with notes of plum. The Black Honey process contributes to the coffee’s distinct sweetness and full-bodied character.

Process

The ripe coffee cherries are carefully sorted and pulped, while the mucilage around the coffee beans is left on during drying. The coffee is slowly dried on a covered patio for approximately 15–20 days and turned only once a day. The Black Honey process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and fruity flavour notes.
