Siemasu Coffee Strawberry Sundae is a fruit-forward Colombian speciality coffee made from the Tabi variety. It has a remarkably sweet and clear flavour profile with juicy notes of strawberry candy, satsuma and marshmallow. A silky mouthfeel and balanced structure make this an expressive, lively coffee with a deliciously sweet finish.

Processing

Ripe cherries undergo a 48-hour whole cherry fermentation, followed by around 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation with Pink Bourbon mosto yeast. The coffee is then washed and slowly dried for 12–14 days, enhancing its vibrant fruitiness and sweetness.
