Siemasu Coffee Sugary Star Fruit is a lively and aromatic Kenyan peaberry speciality coffee from Kii Factory, traditionally washed to highlight its bright and fruity character. Notes of ripe carambola are complemented by tropical mango sweetness and a delicate brown sugar finish. The result is a vibrant, layered and expressive Kenyan coffee.

Processing

Ripe coffee cherries are processed at Kii Factory using the traditional Kenyan washed method. After fermentation, the coffee is washed, soaked in clean water and slowly sun-dried on raised beds. This process enhances its vibrant acidity, clarity and distinctive fruit character.
