Siemasu Coffee Sunset Soda is a juicy Kenyan peaberry speciality coffee from Kirinyaga. Bright notes of fresh green grape meet cola-like sweetness, burnt sugar and a sparkling orange-like acidity. The result is a vibrant and beautifully balanced coffee with a lively, refreshing character.
Processing
Ripe coffee cherries are processed at Kainamui Factory using the traditional Kenyan washed method. After 24 hours of fermentation, the coffee is washed, soaked in clean water for 48 hours and slowly dried on raised African beds. This creates a clean, vibrant cup with bright acidity and crisp sweetness.
