Tapioca pearls are essential to your bubble tea drink and are famous for their gummy bear like chewy texture. The Inspire Food Company tapioca pearls have a diameter of 8.5 millimeters which ensures a smooth drinking experience. The slightly smaller size takes less time to prepare!
PLEASE NOTE:
The best before date for the tapioca pearls is ca. 1-3 months. You can extend their shelf life by freezing them. Cook the pearls before the best before date and freeze them after they are cool.

Authentic tasting and very delicious pearls. The only downside was that there was no cooking instruction and the link on the package was no longer working, fortunately, I found help elsewhere online.

Do not trust the instructions. I don't know how these should be cooked but with these directions, they turn into one sticky mass, start disintegrating and if you don't stir, they will burn to the bottom. They were ruined..

I am really enjoying munching these pearls every time I make a bubble tea. A small tip: actually, you don't need 30 minutes to boil them, 10 minutes is okay, they becime soft quickly.
