Unity Coffee Brazil Cláudio Nakamura is a specialty coffee from the Chapada de Minas region of Brazil. Its flavour profile features sweet caramel, milk chocolate and red fruit, with a subtle hint of spice.
This Yellow Catuaí coffee grows at an altitude of 900–930 metres. It is processed using the natural anaerobic method: the coffee cherries are fermented in oxygen-free conditions in sealed tanks and then dried whole. This method highlights the coffee’s sweet, fruity flavour profile.
