Unique Pump Technology
The most important raw material for perfect coffee is always fresh water. This machine has a unique water pump for filter coffee machines, which completely drains the water from the machine after each brewing process. This way, there is no standing water in the coffee maker. You can be sure that you always start the coffee brewing with fresh, oxygen-rich water.
In coffee machines that do not have a water pump, about 1dl of water remains in the piping of the device after each use. This naturally has an effect on the taste of the coffee the next time you brew.
Perfect Temperature
The Performance Thermo coffee maker has a very precise heating system that reaches the optimal coffee brewing temperature in just seconds and keeps the temperature (92–96°) throughout the process.
Manual Drip Lock & Adjustment Of Extraction Time
The filter has Flow Control with which you adjust the extraction time to the optimum according to the amount of water and coffee. This way, you always get the same tasty coffee, regardless of whether you prepare a full pot or just a few cups. You can always fine-tune the extraction time also according to your own taste.
Unique Shower Head
The completely unique shower head spreads the water evenly over the coffee, which guarantees the best possible end result.
The approval of the European Coffee Brewing Center guarantees that the brewer meets high quality standards, e.g. in terms of temperature and time.

Excellent basic coffee maker
After a couple of weeks of testing, I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with this coffee maker. The removable water tank is easy to fill and keep clean. The coffee brews quickly, and the water heats up on its way from the tank to the filter bag—there's no separate hot plate under the pot. Therefore, you don't have to worry about the coffee being over-roasted or the coffee maker being accidentally left on (the power shuts off automatically when the water tank is empty). The drip-stop is firm and allows for longer brewing in the filter bag if needed before it drips into the pot. It's worth noting, however, that the capacity is limited, so it's not advisable to try brewing a large amount in the filter. The thermal pot keeps the coffee effectively hot, so you can easily have your morning and afternoon coffee from a full pot. On the downside, the coffee maker as a whole might take up slightly too much space on the counter. A smaller, more compact model from Wilfa might do the same job if a thermal pot were available for it.
