Zassenhaus Brasilia Coffee Grinder, Beech Stained

Classically stylish and high-quality grinder. I only give it 4 stars because the grinder doesn't really stay in place while grinding; it should be attached to the countertop for more comfortable use.

Coffee Grinder

Lovely. Grandma's style. As a child, I got to grind nuts at grandma's house with a wooden coffee grinder. I didn’t know these are still being made. I found it online quite by accident. Handy grind adjustment.

Classic

Classic and beautiful with high quality.
Maybe not the best ergonomics in the world but the right feeling.
Grinds beans for 4 cups of French press coffee per "batch"

Hans
Handy coffee grinder

Beautiful and easy-to-use product. The only downside is that it's difficult to keep in place on the table while grinding. It needs some support at the back to grind against. Now that the grinder has become a part of the daily morning routine and has found its suitable spot in the kitchen, this issue no longer bothers me. I recommend it!

Beautiful and functional

I bought this to replace the Hario Skerton, my first coffee grinder, which didn't produce very good results. Here are my observations:

+ As stylish as anything!
+ Grinds evenly even at the coarsest setting. A significant improvement compared to the basic Skerton.
+ Ergonomic; Grinding doesn't feel uncomfortable.
/ Rubber feet would have been useful, as the grinder slides around on the table surface. However, they are easy to install yourself.
/ The container could have been designed to hold about 50 grams. For a larger group, you can't grind with this unless you empty the grounds box in between. For a solo or duo coffee experience (=4-5 cups), this is just right.
- Stepless grind adjustment. I grind for both pressed coffee and aeropress, and finding the right coarseness often becomes a guessing game.
- The bean feeding opening is too small. You have to be careful when measuring so that beans don't fall beside the grinder.

Zassenhaus Brasilia Coffee Grinder, Beech Stained

Compact and stylish grinder. The grinds are perfect, at least for filter and moka use.

Decent grinder

Great grinder for espresso work, grinds the beans into a really fine powder if needed.

The grinder is beautiful and easy to use

Manual coffee grinder

Amazing! This grinder was an absolutely excellent purchase. You can easily achieve different grind sizes with it. Hand grinding is also a nice pastime. Additionally, the grinder is extremely stylish and beautiful, so it also serves as a decoration on the shelf. Kudos to Crema for the fast delivery once again!

Coffee Grinder

Very high-quality product in this price range. The only thing that surprised me was that there were no instructions for use.

Petri
Good manual coffee grinder

Good grinder that grinds finely. You get strong arm muscles as a bonus. I used my previous Zassenhaus grinder daily for 14 years before I accidentally dropped it on the floor and it broke.

Rune
Zassenhaus Brasilia Coffee Grinder, Beech Stained

The knob on the lid of the grind box came off, fixed it with glue. Otherwise good.

Coffee Grinder

The grinder is going as a Christmas gift, so it hasn't been used yet. Delivery was really fast.

Light and high-quality

Very fast delivery, the grinder is easy to operate and produces a consistent result. I'm still figuring out the different grind settings, instructions for this would have been useful.

Good but hard to crank

A quality product. Really good grinding but extremely difficult to crank (and hold) when grinding at the finest setting.

Zassenhaus coffee grinder

1. The delivery was very fast. I was really surprised at how quickly the product arrived.
2. The product is stylish, well-finished, and the color is good; like the color of well-roasted coffee. The product is sophisticated and elegant.
3. We are satisfied, and the neighbors, to whom we have shown the grinder, have not thought otherwise.

Coffee Grinder

Everything worked as promised. Fast, reliable, and clear service.

coffee grinder

Fast delivery and an excellent grinder for everyday coffee enjoyment!

Works as it should.

Good grinder. Works well if grinding small amounts. The grinder can hold 40-50g of beans at a time, but then the "box" for ground coffee gets too full, and the coffee is partially inside the machine. This problem can be fixed by grinding less at a time or emptying the box in between.
