Barú's delicious chocolate powder with tiny marshmallows. A hot chocolate cup topped with fluffly bliss is just about the perfect treat to unwind.
Tip
The chocolate powder requires vigorous mixing with a spoon or a small milk frothing whisk for best result, and the milk must be hot enough, approx. 60-70°C. With the help of a small milk frothing whisk, you get the smoothest and most pleasant fluffy result.
Instantly prepared with hot milk or non-dairy alternatives.
Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa powder (32 %), marshmallows (10 %) (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, corn starch, glucose, thickener: carrageenan, hydrolyzed rice protein, natural flavour: vanilla). Cocoa at least 32 %.

Decent cocoa with chewy marshmallows
I recommend buying, for example, Barú Swirly Hot Chocolate powder and adding Barú's own marshmallows, which are really soft and partially melt into the warm chocolate. The marshmallows included in this pack are chewier and of a completely different type. Not worth buying. It's worth making your own, allowing you to determine the amount of marshmallows too.

A bit expensive but good.

The hot chocolate was too bitter and the marshmallows were odd sugar lumps. I made my own mix by adding dark chocolate and removing the marshmallows, and it improved!

Good chocolate powder, and the small marshmallows are a really cute idea. The only downside is that kids pick out the marshmallows from the tin and leave just the cocoa, but it works that way too :)
