Barú Barista Ube powder is made from 100% ube, or purple yam, which gives drinks a natural violet colour and a mildly sweet flavour. The powder contains no added sugar, allowing you to adjust the sweetness of your drink to your own taste.
Make an ube latte by mixing the powder into hot or cold milk or a plant-based drink, and sweeten if desired. In addition to lattes, ube powder is also suitable for smoothies, desserts, baking and cooking.
