Good quality bean. Prefer at medium roast, works for me in V60 and coldbrew.

Light roast
With a light roast you can make Greek/Turkish-style coffee for ibrik brewing. Perfect for that.
Not to my taste
A light roast did not bring out the best qualities of the coffee. Not to my taste.
