India Monsooned Malabar 1 kg Green Coffee Beans
Indian Monsooned Malabar is a full-bodied, mellow and strongly spicy coffee with very low acidity.
The coffee's distinctive taste is created when the beans are exposed to the hot and humid monsoon winds for 2-3 months. The beans are spread out on the floor in well-ventilated warehouses where they are exposed to the moist air. As the beans have a moisture content of 12 % - 20 %, they are collected and allowed to rest for another week. During the process, the beans become brittle and light yellow.

Smooth, easy-to-roast bean. You can roast it darker than medium without compromising the flavor. Smooth coffee.

Better suited for a darker roast, the first stages go by quite quickly. The bean is very even on its inner side, so it requires more vigorous agitation to prevent that smooth side from scorching.
