When ordering a postal package to Åland, there is a customs limit of 22 €.
If exceeded, the product's VAT must be paid in Åland and should therefore be sold tax-free from the mainland. Fortunately, the product was not more expensive.
Unfortunately, it took 7 days for the product to arrive in Åland (and without notification, I checked the order number and saw that the product was in Mariehamn) the problem was missing information about the product's customs value.
I will probably buy from you again but only when I visit Helsinki to avoid discussions about the product's customs value with the postal staff.
