The Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle is an electric pour over water kettle with a gooseneck spout, which gives you greater control when you pour.
By turning the knob, you select your desired temperature of your Fellow Stagg EKG.
Features:
LCD Screen – A discreet, black LCD screen indicates the desired “Set Temperature” and the “Real Time Temperature” with an illuminating element to show the heating progress.
Hold Option – When the toggle on the back is switched to HOLD mode, the Stagg EKG will maintain your desired temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes. When the toggle is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will go to sleep after reaching the set temperature.
Brew Stopwatch – After your water has heated, use EKG’s built in Brew Stopwatch to time your extraction.

Pouring efficiency
I am concerned about the slow pour of the gooseneck.

Really fast and quiet, but the Hario kettle might be better if you're making coffee for several people. Nevertheless, it can easily brew for up to 2 people without issues regarding the pouring speed.
Bonus points for the appearance and the knob which is elevated so it's waterproof, note: WATERPROOF, so still handle it carefully and wipe off any water before placing the kettle back on the base.
Neat little kettle
Got this one on discount and it came out to be a great purchase.
Heats up fast and can hold the heat for 5 min or use hold button for longer, but I don't recommend to hold the water at all.

The consistency of pour-over coffees improved significantly. Sometimes more coffee and tea drinkers end up at the same table, and then you would wish for a capacity of, for example, 1.2 liters.

Great Gooseneck Kettle for pour-over coffees like V60. Very comfortable to hold in hand, gooseneck allows to control your pouring speed, quite fast to heat and most importantly has temperature control function which helps set and keep water temperature, enabling you to produce constant brews.

I've been wanting the fellow kettle for a while now and finally pulled the trigger for Christmas. It stands beautifully in my kitchen and takes up less space than our traditional kettle. The only downfall is that the pour from the spout is quite slow, but it just takes some getting used to, not enough of a negative to dock a star.
Fancy and effective
Bought this kettle for coffee brewing and it works as intended. The screen is large and bright, showing both actual and desired temperature. The clickable dial feels solid and so far the product both looks and performs flawless. The temperature hold function is a nice addition.

Very well built and materials wise - exceptional. If you're in pursuit of cleanliness, choose black version instead. I prefer the look of the white one, but definitely an upgrade needed to handle and lid for aesthetically more nature like feeling and look.

Works as it should and is presentable. The spout pours well. The build quality of the kettle is mostly good. There are minor finishing flaws for the price, such as casting marks on the plastic handle and a small metal burr on the edge of the spout. As expected from previous feedback - the device's controls feel a bit flimsy. The display is clear.
Works
Good purchase based on a few weeks of use. I typically boil 3-5 dl for pour over. I like the minimalist appearance. The kettle is balanced and precise when pouring. Really quiet compared to typical kettles. The hold feature is convenient.
With these experiences, I recommend it.
If I could suggest something to improve, the C/F & Hold switches feel a bit flimsy :-), fortunately, they hardly need to be used.

Does not work

This kettle is designed for pour-over coffee makers. For that use, it's probably the best you can find in stores. The water flow is indeed restricted from the spout, which makes it excellent for hand pouring. If you're used to a normal kettle, you'll be surprised by the slow flow rate. The power cord is thick, angular, and short. It should be more flexible. The shortness might be an advantage. The temperature control dial works, but its quality gives the impression of an old Opel. It feels loose, as if it might break soon. Anyways, thanks to the PID, the kettle keeps the water at the set temperature precisely for an hour (unlike the old-fashioned thermostat that allows temperature fluctuations), making it an indispensable device. The spout is truly superb. I would buy the device again.
High-quality kettle
The kettle has a quality feel all around and is an excellent kettle for brewing pour over coffee, which is the design's primary focus. For tea lovers, the small capacity might be an issue, but not a major one. A downside, which commonly affects electronic products, is the lack of information about production conditions and the origin of materials.

That is the most ergonomic and intuitive setting gooseneck kettle. The build quality is good but not exceptional. The pouring experience is nice. The design is subjective.
Fine kettle
A fine kettle that's pleasant to look at. It does boil water, so it's not just a decorative piece. It does come at a price, though.
This particular unit had a touch issue with the temperature control unit, so I returned it. At the same time, I decided on a slightly larger and cheaper Brewista equivalent kettle.
Arguably the best coffee kettle in the market
Stylish, boils water fast, the physical feel of the dial is great, and it doesn't have any unecessary features. I love this kettle. I makes brewing coffee even more pleasing.

The power cord could be more flexible and a bit longer, the buttons on the back are a bit flimsy, though they're probably used only once (small issues, still 5 stars). "Made in China" is a bit off-putting but that seems to be the way of the world now.
