Good Life Coffee La Catarata Honey, Costa Rica 225 g coffee beans

This Costa Rican specialty coffee comes from the Ureña family’s farm, Café Rivense, in the Chirripó region. This juicy and sweet coffee offers notes of nectarine, ripe cherry, and dark sugar. The acidity is moderate and well balanced.

Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas founded Café Rivense in 2005. The farm is located at an altitude of 1,300–2,000 meters on volcanic soil and is known for its high-quality coffee beans. Café Rivense has also been successful in the Costa Rican Cup of Excellence competition.

The coffee cherries are hand-picked when fully ripe and processed on the farm. The coffee is dried on raised drying beds and finished in mechanical dryers. The farm focuses on sustainable cultivation and full traceability of the coffee.
